Cellar & Humidor is a community for collectors. These guidelines help keep it welcoming, honest, and useful for everyone.
This document is a template provided for review by qualified legal counsel. It is not attorney-reviewed advice and is not a representation of legal sufficiency in any jurisdiction.
Be Respectful
Treat fellow collectors with respect. Personal attacks, harassment, and abusive behavior are not tolerated.
No Hate Speech or Threats
Hate speech, threats, and content that attacks or demeans a group based on identity are not allowed.
No Spam
Do not post spam, repetitive content, or unrelated promotion. The platform is for collecting, tasting, and discovery.
No Impersonation
Do not impersonate another person, brand, or entity. Represent yourself honestly.
No Fraud or Illegal Activity
Fraud, scams, and any illegal activity are prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.
No Explicit or Inappropriate Content
Explicit, sexual, or otherwise inappropriate content is not allowed.
No Copyright Infringement
Do not post content that infringes another person's or company's intellectual property. If you believe content infringes your rights, you can report it.
No Misleading Product Information
Do not post false or misleading information about products, including fake reviews or misrepresented details.
Respect Privacy
Do not share another collector's private information. Each user controls the visibility of their own collection.
No Sales
Cellar & Humidor is not a marketplace. Do not use the platform to sell or arrange the sale of alcohol or tobacco.
Alcohol Content
You may discuss and review alcoholic beverages. Do not encourage excessive consumption, binge drinking, drinking and driving, consumption challenges, competitive drinking, or underage drinking.
Tobacco Content
You may discuss and review cigars. Do not encourage underage tobacco use, unsafe behavior, excessive consumption, or illegal tobacco activity.
No Consumption Competitions
Cellar & Humidor does not create mechanics that reward consumption volume — most drinks, most bottles consumed, most cigars smoked, fastest consumption, or consumption streaks. The platform rewards collecting, documenting, reviewing, and discovery.
Reporting
If you see content that violates these guidelines, please report it. Our moderators review reports and may remove content, restrict, suspend, or ban accounts.
