Age Requirement
You must be of legal drinking and smoking age in your jurisdiction to use Cellar & Humidor. In the United States, the minimum age is 21. The applicable age varies by jurisdiction; you are responsible for knowing the law that applies to you.

When you create an account, you attest that you meet the legal age requirement in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly allow underage users to access restricted features.
Responsible Enjoyment
Enjoy alcohol and tobacco in moderation and in accordance with all applicable laws. Do not drink and drive. If you choose not to drink or smoke, Cellar & Humidor still welcomes you as a collector.
No Consumption Encouragement
The platform does not encourage excessive consumption, binge drinking, consumption challenges, competitive drinking, or underage use. We celebrate collecting and documenting, not consumption volume.

No Facilitation of Sale
Cellar & Humidor does not sell, deliver, or facilitate the sale of alcohol or tobacco products to anyone, including those of legal age.
