Reviews
Reviews should reflect your genuine experience. You agree not to post fake reviews, inflate or deflate ratings artificially, or misrepresent products. We may remove reviews that violate these terms or our Community Guidelines.
Photos
You retain ownership of photos you upload. By submitting a photo, you grant Cellar & Humidor the license you select at upload time (personal, community, or promotional). See our Photo Use & Permission Policy for details.
Community Behavior
You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. Harassment, hate speech, threats, spam, impersonation, fraud, and illegal activity are not tolerated.
Intellectual Property
Cellar & Humidor and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the licenses you grant us.
Third-Party Data
Product information may originate from user submissions, publicly available sources, third-party databases, or administrative research. We do not guarantee that all product information is perfectly accurate.

Catalog information is provided for identification and reference. Product images may not represent the exact item in your possession. Estimated values are not guaranteed resale values.
No Sales Marketplace
Cellar & Humidor is a collection management and community platform. We do not sell, distribute, or facilitate the sale of alcohol or tobacco products. You may not use the platform to sell or arrange the sale of alcohol or tobacco.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not provide medical, legal, or financial advice.
Limitation of Liability

Account Termination
You can delete your account data at any time from your Profile settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Some advanced features may require a paid plan in the future; the core collection experience remains free.
